Does anyone know of any good books or magazines for single parents?

The kind of books I've been reading are more for my own benefit, in turn to help with my parenting. For example, the Purpose Driven Life, When things Fall apart. A great parenting book I use is Parenting 123

I agree with the first reply; parents don't agree about everything anyway, so inevitably your children will have a different relationship with you than their dad. So...anything you can do to be a better parent as an individual will benefit your relationship. I have just started reading Parent Effectiveness Training by Dr. Thomas Gordon...and it's been helpful already. If you have teens...Positive Disclipine for Teenagers or for a specific subject, go to amazon.com and search your topic then read the description and people's ratings. Good luck!
