Hola!

My name is April and I am very, very new to this forum, becoming a single parent and to the location I am at now! I recently moved to AZ July '07 and became pregnant March 08. Currently, 18 weeks along. Just found out I am having a girl and am scared about being a single parent.

To make a long story short, I am 34 yrs old and this will be my first <living> child (I have 2 miscarriages under my belt) and because of my choosing to not terminate this pregnant, have cut off all ties with my father because of his assinine attitude towards my choice at the age of 34.

Anyways, hoping to find some good advice and suggestions on here. = )

Yes, it's been hot. It's been around 112-117 degrees the past few days. I don't mind too much but I do notice a difference being pregnant vs. last summer when I wasn't heh

This is a great place. Sorry to hear about the assinine attitude. I know what its like to sever all ties with the father . . . I had to due to certain circumstances.

WELCOME April!! You have deffinately come to the right place...you'll find support & encouragement from those of us that have been through some of the same stuff!! I myself have had 3 misscarriages so I know all to well the pain that comes in there!! Whatever you need just ask...we're here!! And Oh yegh you may end up laughing hysterrically too b/c things can get a bit crazy sometimes!! So jump in anywhere & laugh... cry...it's all GOOD!!
