ok, i am sensing that a bunch of us could use an outlet to blow off some steam. so here's my idea: we vent as if speaking to the object of our frustration but dont try to solve each others' posts. sound like fun?

Good Idea.....but it kind of takes the impact out of it when you censor the important words....
