a girl i dated ended up preg..i immidiatly wanted a test done. she ordered a home kit online but i was recently told after her and i sent in the test she switch my swabs with hers to make sure the results came back positive...can that happen?? will they come back positive for sure even tho its female DNA??? weird but true.. *protection never fails men* dont learn the hard way.

The test would show that the dna samples were the same persons.

Oh and protection does fail the only 100% way to not get an STD or have a Baby is abstinence.

Besides, odds are that the test is not legally binding anyway. Supposedly there are online packages you can purchase that are legally binding, but they cost more and they are handled differently. Chain of custody of the samples, so she would not have had the chance to "switch swabs"
For all intent and purposes, have it handled through the child support agency.
But otherwise, yes they would have known if both samples were the same person.
