I am in the Seattle area. Mother of three. Dating is just not a priority. I do get out, but mostly connect with people in cyberspace. This is a wonderful tool that we are lucky to have. We single parents need to support each other and this helps us be better parents.

Anyway I am here. Trust me it does get better as they get older

My oldest daughter is 12 and let me tell you I am experiencing things I've never had to before. She is so emotional, everything will cause the world to come to an end. I'm new at this pre-teen/teen years so any thing you can tell me about the upcoming cycle will help. I know she is still dealing with the loss of her step dad. (we seperated 7 mts ago) He was the only father she really knew.
