paulj, i´m so sorry it has been 1 month since last time i posted! Red Face

well, what we eat daily... as lunch and dinner, it´s beans with rice and beef- that is some classical food here. also some fries, fried eggs and salad.
at breakfast, it´s usual a cup of coffe and milk (sometimes without milk) with bread and butter or jam. this is also what we eat at afternoons.

you can find some recipes in internet, i found some sites here:

http://www.sonia-portuguese.com/recipes/cooking.htm
http://www.floridabrasil.com/brazilian-recipes/index.html
http://www.maria-brazil.org/brazilian_recipes.htm

i recomend you churrasco (brazilian barbecue) http://www.maria-brazil.org/brazilian_barbecue.htm
feijão (beans) http://www.sonia-portuguese.com/recipes/feijao.htm
Arroz branco (Brazilian style rice)
http://www.sonia-portuguese.com/recipes/arroz.htm

if there´s something more you want to know... just ask!
