Hi- I am new to SFV. I have been lurking around a few weeks and am pleased with the overall feel of the forum. I am a single father to a wonderful 7 year old boy, and have been for just about six years now. I have full legal and physical custody with visitation defined as "how i see fit". We have not heard from her since then. The "how it all happened story" is really less important than the "how it will all work out story". I am here to give and receive support and find the way to make it all work out for the better. I would like to thank Robin and other admins and forum participants for, well, being here. Single parenting is no easy task, but far more rewarding spiritually than i could have ever imagined. I am looking for some help and advice in a few areas of life that I think some of you may be able to help with. However, those questions will have to wait for a more oppurtune time. Duty calls. Thanks.

Thanks for the welcome Don. Is it appropriate to find a thread with a similar subject to post my questions into or is it ok to just go ahead and start a new topic? Thanks- Bob

You are welcome to start a new thread for your question even if it has been asked similarly in a different thread by someone else. Sometimes it helps if it's specific to a subforum such as "child support" or "visitation" or whatever it happens to be, to place it in there but otherwise....as Paul said....fire away Smiler
