There is so much to do and the energy to do it. If anyone can help with advice with daycare help and getting a routine going that is both benificial for my daughter and I and this is a parent with 40 plus hrs a week at work.

Welcome to the forum. A little more info might help with the advice....I read your profile that says she's 13 months....have you already been trying to establish a routine for that long or did this custody situation just take place.

For daycare, if you are just now looking to set that up....call around to different ones and "interview" them. What hours they operate, how flexible are they if you happen to be running late sometime, how many children do they have....better yet, if you can find the time go to them in person so you can see the place.

As far as a routine goes, that usually comes with time. You can start out with a basic plan and then be ready to compromise and adjust as needed, then the routine will just happen when everything fits into place best (hopefully) Big Grin
Don't forget to stop and breath on occasion Smiler
