hi there everyone i am pretty new to this still. but i dont know where else to turn. i could use some help on topics here. i know everyone one here has gone through nasty breakups or divorce. i ahve a one month old son and icant see him. and it feels like everything is stacked against me. i cant seem to find any help out there for court cost and such. i dont know what to do. if anyone has any advice for what they did or anything please please contact me. thanks adam

Hi Adam, I'm not aware of any help for court costs, however sometimes you can go to a nearby college law dept and get some lowcost help that way. Sometimes when push comes to shove depending on what sort of "battle" it might take for visitation you could file the paperwork yourself. If you do try that be sure to get a consultation with a local attorney to maybe help review the papers before you have them filed.
Me personally, I filed my own custody papers and represented myself but, it was also a pretty easy case to win.
If at all possible do this with some trained legal assistance.
