I loved these books.

What I found great about " What to expect while your Expecting" by Meirkoff, Heisenburg, and Hathaway was that I could show my older children what was going on.

That book has it set up on a month to month, with pitcures, stats, and it helped my children I already had to have a deeper understanding and help start their bonding with their unborn bothers.

Great suggestion Jennifer L ! Wink

Great choices Jennifer!

I also liked "The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy"

It gives such a true yet entertaining outlook on every aspect of pregnancy.

An old thread but it deserves bumping. Smiler

Anne Douglas' books are great
The Mother of All Pregnancy Books
The Mother of All Baby Books
and The Mother of All Toddler Books

I have all 3 and they are so worn out from overuse!

I also love Dr. Sears', and have several in the series.
The Pregnancy Book
The Breastfeeding Book
The Baby Book
The Fussy Baby Book
The Attachment Parenting Book

And for sleep problems, nothing beats Elizabeth Pantley's
The No-Cry Sleep Solution

Mommadeb, we have the exact same parenting library taste. I love, love Dr. Sears and am currently on day 6 of the No Cry Sleep Solution.

I'd also like to add "Bun In the Oven" by Kaz Cooke, it's hilarious.
