Is it possible to get child support and full custody and ask for supervised visitation only for the father??? All I know is that when Lily is born after everything her father has been putting me through, the things he's been saying to me and how he wants no part in the decision making process right now....I want to make sure that Lily is safe when she gets here. I don't feel comfortable knowing he will have joint custody. I want him to only be able to see her in my and my family's presence.

ANY CUSTODY ADVICE ETC....WOULD BE HELPFUL!

It is possible. If you weren't married and no custody/visitation has been filed you automatically have sole custody. Of course you can file for support, do so through your local child support agency and they'll handle most all of it for you. Visitation and custody are separate issues, and unless he files for it you don't even have to address it. If he does file for it, or you decide to file for it to take first action....you will need to hire an attorney or handle it yourself because child support agency will not handle those things. Particularly as a newborn it will be simple to have supervised visitation due to breast feeding etc., as she gets older it might not be as simple though....and you may need to prove that he is some sort of danger to her to substantiate wanting supervised visitation.
