I finally told my parents and yet they were disappointed I am getting their support. They are not happy about who the baby daddy is but they are going to help me through this and will help me figure out what to do about the father. Since my dad's boss is my baby daddy's uncle and all. They are going to let me live with them until I get on my own feet too! Which is awesome. I can't believe I was so terrified to tell them and it actually turned out rather well. I have a meeting with the job center about medical assistance next week and i'm sifting through numerous job offers right now and i'm going to take this year off school and go back in 2009. Everything is starting to look up! finally went to my first doctor appointment. My due date is January 28th, 2009 and my baby's heart beat is going strong. I'm officially 13 weeks too!!!! Now that I told my parents, I got a sense of relief and not carrying such a huge weight anymore. I'm actually excited about having my little one now. :-)

good for you....and your parents. Parents can be some of the scariest people to face in the world and then we get reminded what "unconditional love" is Smiler

Exactly. Considering my parents and I don't have the best relationship and never talk and such. It's nice to know that they are giving me support throughout all this. It's so uncomfortable talking to them about this and all, but i hope the discomfort that I am feeling about talking to them about this and all will pass.

That's wonderful that you have that off your shoulders! I am envious that both your parents are going to help you out. (My dad apparently does not have unconditional love towards me...we haven't spoken since I told him in April--its a long story)

You sound very motivated towards your own personal goals and I hope you reach them!

p.s. if you hold off another day to have your baby, it will be on MY birthday = ) hee hee
