I lived in oklahoma with him for 4 months of the pregnancy until i got tired of him coming home every night drunk from the bar. i was also tired of him being so irresponsible with money. so on easter of this year i decided that i was going to move back to california with my family so that i could have more help and guidance throught this pregnancy. so a month ago i left, he showed no sign of wanting me to stay. he didn't even ask for me to stay. i took the amtrack train for 3 days to finally make it home. we still talk nearly every day and he says that he is going to come here(california) to be with me until the baby is born. and then we are to move back to oklahoma and live there. i don't know if i want to transport my child to oklahoma to watch it's father go through alcohlism and constant instability. he wants me to marry him but i need stability. and i don't trust in him. i have to be responsible for me and my baby. what does everyone else think?

Do yourself and this child a favor and do not allow an alcoholic to be in your life and especially if he is going to be caring for you do you really think that you can trust someone that is intoxicated with your babies life? I think that you know all of the answers and I hope that you follow your gut because I know that a mothers gut tells them when something is not right for their child! I know you have it already! You will do better with your family and their support with you, Possitive support. I am thinking of you and you are in my prayers as well.
