Well, Saved is a hot new release on my blockbuster wall. I watched it this weekend. For those of you that cry at movies (and I mean get touched as if the by the light of God and can't quit crying for an hour) this movie is for you. I'm one of those people. I get caught up in a movie so much sometimes.

Anyway, if you haven't looked up to see what it is, the back of the movie doesn't give you much. I'll sum it up - Private Christian School where it is "cool" to save the heathens and you go to a home for "wayward souls" for problems that are too much for them. You have teen pregnancy, over-zealousness, handicapped, Jewish rebel, and gay all mixed up in this mess. It really was written well, and for those of you that like Mandy Moore - she's in it.

Worth your watch if you like the chick flicks or the movies that lay it on the line to make a point.

Blindsky,
I watched this movie this week as well. Definately a chick flick or such. I thought it was going to be rather spoofy humor but it was not quite that. Mandy Moore did make me laugh only because I have known quite a few people like her in my life.

Yeah, I thought this movie would be more laughs than as serious as it ended up being, however I did laugh at it almost as much as I cried!
