I rented a movie tonight that I didnt really think I would like but was wanting to watch anything at this point.

Anyways it was that new movie out "Amazing grace". I must admit it was not what I thought it was, but it was BETTER!!!!! and after watching it and thinking about it I was thinking to myself that not only is it a movie for the adult's but also for the children, not so much the younger one's but I would say 10 and up.

I found that with the movie it was not only great to watch because of the acting but also that you get a history lesson in it. If you havent already seen it, I will let you know just what it is about, not what happens but what it is about.

It is set back in the 1800's and it is about trying to pass the bill about slavery (sp). I know it sounds weird that I would think that this would be something to get the kids to watch, but trust me rent it and watch it yourself and you will agree. Oh and it is all about how the song came about with Amazing grace. And you know what the funny thing is????????? I got 2 lesson's out of the movie, not only about the pass of the bill but also the true meaning of the words to that song!!!!!
