Okay, so here ya go!

Yes, the swing works and holds me as well as tobi Wink (so does the seat that swings)

I did the painting on the trunk with the trains on it and also on his dresser. On the top of the dresser is his birth information and full name (including last, which is why i didn't post a pic of that Wink

i like the evil cat eye... apparently "remove red eye" does not include possessed kitten

I do need to weed through the toys, b/c he just has too many... and almost all of them are hand-me-downs or gifts. On his last birthday I tried encouraging people to give him books or come present-less, but that didn't happen Big Grin

oh, and i'm not done with the "treasure chest" yes, i need to finish painting it and i'm going to staple in some fabric at the bottom Wink he puts acorns in it

I really like the dresser. That is awesome. I am also liking your whole swinging chair idea from the ceiling. Kai might like one of those. Smiler That is awesome that you did all that for your son.

Oh wow! I want that room!
You put a lot of work into it! The details are fantastic!

I'm prepared to paint my living room, if only I can make some decisions about color. I can't seem to make a committment to what color(s) to select.

Hey I used to go to a "club" that had swings like that only the ones at the club had stirrups and......you know what? nevermind

The swings weren't the only thing that swung, I'm guessing.

we've had a lot of fun with it Smiler i got most of the stuff at ikea (man i love that place... if you don't know of it... it is a store that people make trips just to go to... the closest one to me is DC.. so like 5 hours away)

here is another pic, just b/c ... and i didn't think the previous pic really showed his second swing.

He likes to sing "somewhere over the rainbow" when he is on it


(that is my friend and her 9 mo)
