Are there any single parent real estate agents out there? If so, how easy/hard is it to be a real estate agent while being a single parent? I'm considering quitting my job to get my real estate license.

My sister just got her license. She works for a builder in the sales office of a subdivision. Lots of hard work but she sees (already) that in the end it will pay off. Somedays, most days, all is well but sometimes she has to call us at the last minute to get her daughter from school. On those days it seems she is stuck for 2-3 hours late.

If you have reliable help for your child.. I say go for it. Like anything else, nothing worth it comes easy.
