Getting My Feet (Board) Wet

I'll take the bigger on three acres. I like my peace and quiet... room to plant a veggie garden and I'm happy!

South???? Aren't you northwest of me? Or did I read your location wrong. I dunno. I'm half awake doing work for a podiatrist.zzzzzzzzzz

But yes, right now I'd welcome a bit warmer weather. We have cabin fever as it's a bit too icey and bitterly cold to go out and play...

Sigh..........

How did you get into the rental business? Do you enjoy it?

John's Mom, I am warmer than you are without snow. I have to be south of you or I would be colder. Wink
I do feel for you with the cabin fever. I can get out more than you and I still have it some. I am really waiting for at least 70's. I am not a cold weather person at all.
You will like the bigger house. It is very quiet, except for the birds in the morning and they won't care if you come out of the house in a nightgown. If the blackbirds bother you to much you can just shoot them, but leave the song birds alone. I loved living there. The closest neighbor is about a true mile down road.
I might take some off the rent if you will feed my horses while you are there too.

There is a book called "48 days to the work you love" by Dan Miller. It is a really good book on becoming self employed. Your local library should have it.

I started my daycare in my home then bought a home just for the daycare, not to live in.
Read the book I am sure there are some ideas you can get from it. It is really good.
Best of luck to you. Hope I helped.
