I am a 28 year old single parent who has never had any assistance supporting my daughter. I just lost my job yesterday and I do not know where to turn for help. If anyone has any suggest I would greatly appreciate it. Merry Christmas right!

I'm in Florida also - where are you located? I have some ideas, and depending on your location an employment referral for you....how can I help? I was out of work a portion of 2001 also, I know where you are at. File those unemployment benefits, you've earned them - get any other state assistance you can also if you worked - you earned those also, check with any private assistance programs to get you by - that is what they are there for...energy assistance etc...Don't be almost too proud like I was. Lets chat!
