I know its a little late for an update but my doctor prescribed zoloft for my depression and panic attacks. And I'm afraid to take it. I actually had a slight panic attack thinking about it. Hence, the reason for the antidepressents in the first place. I just don't want to become dependant on them. But I'm going to do it because I've been in this funk for months and just can't shake it. The holiday season isn't helping either. Just wanted to let you guys know what's going on.

my aunt takes the lighter antidepressants like that, she swears by them. If it makes you happyer, do it, its not good to be misrable.
