I want everyone here to know how much you all have helped me deal with issues I found difficult durring my recent modification. Everyone helped me put different parts of my life together for me.... especially being able to tell the things that has happened which I don't share with very many people since it leaves me feeling vulnerable. I only hope that my stories have helped someone else as reading your stories has helped me understand... I wasn't the only one who had to find the courage to be the best single parent that I could. I just hope when I posted at work I didn't come across too seriously to anyone. (it was hard to take off my serious hat and put on my SFV hat )

I'm glad you're feeling better. I used to think that panic attacks were just something that drug seekers made up until I actually had one myself. I'm a true believer now. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy! Recognizing your triggers goes a long way towards helping your self beat them.

Just remember we're all here if you need to spew about something or you need somebody to share with when you're getting panicky.

dont tell me you're leaving too oh well, at least you said you'll be back, so you better be back! post some pictures of your vacation (you can just blur your face if you dont want people to know your identity here, LOL). Good luck on your "storm" -- whatever it is, just enjoy the cool of the stormy weather and the rhythm of the thunders.
