I just wanted to extend my hand out to anyone who is suffering with depression. I unfortunatly have been suffering since I was 14, and now am watching my 5 year old suffer child-hood depression. My dad took his own life 2 years ago as the result of depression.

I have become an advocate for mental health issues, and have read nearly every book and article in regards to it.

If anyone ever needs a shoulder..please feel free to contact me. I can sympathize, and I also have strong shoulders as well..

With Hugs.

Yes it can be very hard. I always find that i'm always on the verge of tears..

I went to counselling and found that talking a stranger quite thearupeutic...meds also have helped me to in the past.

I always describe depression as looking through the bottom of a glass...you see life distordly, and it is also like someone is talking to you from so far away.

Keep your chin up! i'm here.
