O.k I'm being nosey,
Has anyone ever been to therapy? Roll Eyes I think I might need some (I have major anger and trust issues) How do I find a good one and what do you think it might cost?

i was in the therapy the 1st 2 yrs of my sons life, for a combination of social anxiety and severe depression on my part. it really didnt solve much
as far as the ultimate solution is concerned. i still have social anxiety,and still depressed,just not severe anymore,but it was nice to vent to someone-
psychology today
