I know that some definitions of depression include that someone is down and they dont know why. Well I am WAY down today. I dont feel like talking to anyone, I want to crawl in bed and not get out.

I feel the same way now... but I dont think this is depression... I think this is sleepiness

Well damn it, I'm sleepy and want to go back to bed. Couldn't sleep last night and mister coffee cake kept me entertained but man, I am not feeling good at all. Just down.

Paul, you may be right. I may just need to go to bed early tonight. I already know that when I get home, I will be making meatloaf and then probably lounging with the kid.

Okay so I got some needed sleep last night for the most part until about 5 when Kai woke up claiming her mouth hurt, which is her throat.

I still dont feel any better today. I'm trying to be positive and push the negative thoughts out of my head . . . but I feel icky!

It always sucks when you just don't feel yourself. Lack of sleep is a huge problem with that too. I've been fighting this last couple of months with just that same thing. Hopefully you'll be able to get more sleep once you're on the pain killers after surgery?

hehe let's hope so B. I am looking forward to just being lazy for a few days. I haven't done that in years due to the fact that I have OCD about keeping my house clean and getting things done. LMAO
