I find myself being very frustrated right now.
I just got done talking with my lawyer about my children and how I would like to see them on the upcoming holidays.
Seams that She who must not be named is saying that the kids don't want to see me and that they are afraid of me.
We are not talking little kids here (17, and 15 year old twins)
I've not see them at all for any length of time scents April of this year.
I was not abusive to them or her, but now she is saying that I'm some kind of axe murder.
She still has not moved back into the state even tho the courts have said so.
But the courts are slow at doing anything to her to get her off her butt to do anything at all.
If I had done what she did I'd be in jail now. Is that fair?
Well anyway I have file an emergency motion for visitation, will see what happens now.
On top of all this she says she'll give me the house if I give her the car. What kind of BS is this? I'm talking about our children and shes going on about things?! Damn my head hurts.

If I didn't thing it would be used against me, I'd go get a drink right about now.

I'm so depressed now.

I think the court can be political. At least you want to see your kids. When mine children were young, the dad wanted to see them on his terms only! Was that frustrating enough! He would not drive down here to see his kids. What a selfish you know what he was and is! This caused so much headaches, heartaches and every ache you can imagine.

Thank God those days are gone but he still carrying on with his old habits even though it's about 10 years. Good luck and my prayers are with you and your kids.

It's one thing to have done something, and have to pay for it. But to try and do what is right and then get hit like this is just so unbeleaveable.
And the feeling I'm having now, well I cann't write about them, for fear of them coming back at me.
OK Ladys? How do you deal with a crazy woman? who has totally lost it?
And has the kids with her?
Who wont move back into the state, even when the courts say to?
Who has been told to give me the address and phone # so I can at least call my kids?

I do understand that some of you have Ahole Ex's, but this is going above and beyound what I've seen here.
