hi there..<br />im a student from the University of the Philippines and i was asked by my professor to do a paper about single parenthood..im only 19 and i do have a single parent mom. but i think asking her questions about it will not be enough...i also need other stories..so if you dont mind sharing your experiences.. Big Grin <br /><br />the title of my paper is "Single parenthood -- Problem or Solution?"<br /><br />coz i need to know how it started..and everything about the topic! Smiler thanks very much!!

Hello Nej, I am sure when you look through the hundreds of posts on this site you will have a huge amount of material for your paper. Have Fun with your work, it's an interesting subject.

Daniela is right. If you take a little while and sift through these post's you will have no trouble finding material. It would take no more time than it would to read a book or interview someone. I would have to say that you are lucky you found this site. You get a raw look at how a lot of single mom's feel. Jayme

This site is much more than what Nej needs. This site is like 100 resources she could find in a library. What she is looking for is a few specific experiences. It won't hurt to just jot her a few sentences about your experiences. Not only do we use this site for our own survival, but we, as single parents, should be helping each other. The tone that we aren't going to write her paper for her is unnecessary. She's not asking us to do that. She is asking for our own personal accounts of being a single parent. Good luck Nej!

im still in the process of writing my first draft, coz i have other as important things to do..ang still looking for more resources..anyway, i im already dont with the paper, ill try to give you a copy, and to those who helped me as well.. Cool

hi im also a student at high school but doing the exact same thing for my pip- personal interest project ive chosen to do it on single parents and the best way i have found to find info is to go through newspapers and magazines and actually talking to people i also found out that being a single parent is ok more of a succes than failure it the new woman of society today parent / worker/ provider ect for this century i hope i helped u a little if u have any info 4 me it would also be greaty appreciated thanks good luck
