I am a writer with a lot to say. Problem is I'm so bogged down with everyday responsibilities that I can't find time to write and when I do my mind is too cluttered.

My ultimate goal is to leave the 9-to-5 and become a full time at-home writer/mom. HOW???

No easy answer for that.
Is there a way to take your current job and morph it into a new job or serveral that can be done from home, or telecommute.

Personally I find that organization, and planning are key to having home function at it's best. Freeing up time for projects, etc.

If the structure at home and organization of time is lacking then being there full time is not going to be much better.

I don't know how many children you have or what the scoop of your everyday responsibilities are, but for me streamlining the wasted time by organizing and grouping like tasks that can be done together made a huge difference.
Sacrificing some things and activities...
The list is long, but I think the first step for me was start with reorganizing the current situation and go from there.

Good luck to you.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I am an interpreter and can't work from home. I really just need time to write in peace. By the time I get home I'm too tired and I have to be Mom. In the morning it's too hectic.

First off you have kids, and they are going to be a distration all your life. As to time, you will have to make it, take sometime out of your scedual. If you want to write, in tell you are published, you have to make your writing time. I know this sounds simple, but not easy to do, but to follow your dreams allways takes work. peace
