Im pretty new to the state of fla.. and i actually want to take my sons father to court for visitation rights.. meanin i dont want hime to see my child without supervision becuz I am afraid he ll take to back to nyc.

Where in the world do i start a process like that? Ive tried to look on myflorida but i cant find n e thing!!

You can start by calling your local clerk of court for your county and go from there. Just explain what you want to do and they should help you out from there to get the ball rolling.

You can also go to the local welfare office and they can help you there, too. They may not have the services on site, but can tell you where to find what you need. I hope you get what you're looking for.

as long as you have a good paper trail to backup the way you feel most judges will give their support to you.just make sure you clarify who you feel comfortable with being the superviser.
