Hi! Wow, you are single parents and found time to surf the net! Great.

I read through about half of the posts and I know others have written the last one posted was a couple months ago, I thought I'd add a more current post for others like me who are new to this site.

If you are interested in meeting others in this area please write to me and I'll try to arrange an informal group. I'd love to meet others who would like to have playdates or outings in the evenings and weekends.

I am 42 yo mom and I have a 3 1/2 yo daughter and 2 yo son. I am moving to the Carrollwood area in a couple weeks. I'd love to hear from you!

Hi, I'll be moving to the area over Labor Day weekend and would love to meet other single moms after I arrive. I'm the mother of a beautiful 9-week-old boy. I'm exhausted and extremely worried, but also very happy. Compartmentalizing, though unhealthy, really does help in the short run. :-)!

Hi Everybody,

I am also a single Black professional mom - 41 yo - with a 2 1/2 yo son. I am originally from the Bronx, now living in northern NJ and moving to Brandon sometime between now and 11/1. I see I definitely have something in common with some of the posters on this board. If anyone puts together a group or would just like to contact me directly, please do. I'd love to make some offline friends for me and my son!

I too an a single mom residing in the Tampa Bay area. I have 3 children and have been separated/divorced for 1 yr. Would love to get together with other moms and meet new friends for myself and my children.
