I decided to join because my best friend joined one of these things for married women with babies under 2. She aked me to go on an outing to the zoo with them and we had a great time. I am sure that my son would've had more fun if there were kids his age. But non the lesss they told me that there were forums for single moms, like me. So here I am.

Welcome to the site. I love your son's name. I actually new a girl with the name Alejandra and I thought it was so beautiful. Miami, huh. I went down there for memorial day weekend and it was the best vacation i ever went on. I just loved the city. I used to live in Jacksonville and had never been to Miami. I have always lived in Miami but wanted to move elsewhere. I lived in Orlando for a year and I also spent most of my summers (99% of them) in Los Angeles.
