What I love about the holidays:

1. Baking with Kai
2. Peppermint ice cream
3. Old christmas movies like Rudolph & Frosty
4. Seeing Kai's face when she opens presents
5. Staying in my pajamas for 3 days in a a row (now I do shower and change clothes but I wear pjs consistently while home) hehe

Thanksgiving is the BIG holiday in my family. My mom is Catholic and my dad is Jewish and it has been the only holiday ever when both sides of the family are all together with no drama so its nice.

My favorite things are Thanksgiving dinner, getting to catch up with everyone.

The smell of the christmas tree when I get home everyday from work, baking every weekend (for some reason i do this all of Nov & Dec), all the crafts activities I think of to do with the kids.

Oh AND the company I am working for this year closes for 2 weeks for xmas & new years and its all PAID! I am sooo looking forward to that vacation! I end up using all my sick time and vacation time at previous companies for kids dr appts or sick kids home from school that I have not taken an actual vacation (other than a long weekend) in well, forever. I don't think I ever have. I am sooo excited to have 2 weeks off I don't know what I will do with myself Smiler
