i have a question, my youngests dad is on ssi/ssdi and im on welfare for my youngest and ssdi for me, wefare want to go after him for chldsupport can they do that if he is on ssi/ssdi?

They can get money from SDI but not from SSI. It can be arranged that SDI benefits are paid directly to dependents that would fulfill child support obligations.
