The last month has really stunk. It seems like I just keeping getting blow after blow after blow. I was thrown from the volunteer squad I was on due to not being able to be a single parent and missing some hours.

Then I find out that a very very close friend of mine who was in a leadership position pushed for me to be gone. I am not suppose to know about this. I am so madd what am I suppose to do with it all when I cannot say squat to anyone. I handed in all my stuff today and held my head high saw my "Friend" and gave them this dirtisty look I think I have ever given anyone.

I really thought this person was my friend and confided in him about a lot of things only to realize there was a knife sticking out of my back. Another person told me this in confidence and I do believe it to be ture I have more than enough evidence to know. I am just so sick of my life right now. I know it will get better, but right now it just seems like blow after blow after blow. How much is one person suppose to take. I am sorry if it sound like poor me. Isn't loosing my house and having to find a job asap enough. Can I please get a break. Sorry.....

Thank you Cailin

I sure hope you are right about the it can only get better part. I do try to be positive but it's hard sometimes. I usaully do, do a pretty good job of dusting myself off and getting back up. I just hope that maybe I can just stand up for a while without having to shake any more dust off if you know what I mean. Thanks

Ouch, butterfly. So sorry to hear this. Hopefully, this turn will open up into something even better for you down the road that you don't know about yet.

Vent away....and don't feel the need to say sorry after....that's one of the perks of this place.

Just keep at it and don't let it all keep you down. The ones that don't eventually get things turned around are the ones that stayed down and gave up trying.

I agree with Don. Vent away. And, when you're done venting you'll have better perspective on things.

It does seem like these things go in cycles. Everything goes wrong all at once and it seems like things will never get better. One thing that helps me is to look back on these periods and see what positive things happened as a result. For example: If I hadn't been forced to move or find a new job, I never would have met so and so or never would have realized...
You can't yet see how things will work out for you, but sometimes looking back on times when everything worked out in the end helps me get through it. Hope that helps.
