I too think they can work, but it's definately not easy. My best friend met her now husband when she was I wanna say 14 on a mission trip somewhere up north. He ended up being from Texas just hours south of us. They emailed and got phone cards to call each other. They convienced their parents to make trips so they could see each other. They made it through high school and college and now have been married for just over a year.

So yeah I think it can work but someone does have to intend on moving at some point.

I try not to think that long distance relationships can work cause I know a lot of guys long distance and am afraid that I will want to move closer or that they will.

I do think they can work if the parties are willing to work at it. Smiler
