Smshy... don't they have some meetup.com stuff going on up there? Why don't you try a couple of groups if so? Good way to get out and meet new people that have common interests.

Just a thought. You could aways start one too if there are none ya know.

I think I just need to fina an older man who wants to hang out with me, have coffee and maybe, possibly some "coffee," who may or may not have the possibility of having a relationship with.

Knight . . . I have some ideas of some people that I know that I would date but my insecurities hold me back from asking.

my only advice there is be careful what you wish for...
summer 06 i just wanted "a summer fling"
ex husband moved out may 05
match and other online personals brought little success
july 4th party 2 men hit on me - hard - tom and jerry - no lie, even at a party my life is cartoonish!
both called.
jerry was the perfect mate type
tom a playboy.
i only wanted a summer fling
i chose tom
i enjoyed my fling for the most part. he was habitually late and bothered me in other ways, but no biggie, he was just a fling.
3 months later he broke up with me - saying he wants to get married and have babies and i dont seem headed that way - well, he's half right - lol
i cried for 6 months.
i miss him still.
i went in with absolutely no expectations and while i wasn't paying attention, i somehow fell in love with the man.
argh.
be careful what you wish for bug, i wanted a summer fling and that is exactly what i got.

summer lovin, had me a blast...
summer lovin, ended so fast...
sniff, sniff.... wonder what he's doing now???

If you think you can, or you think you cant - you are right.

My sister and I were at a store last night and laughing up a storm about various things. The cashier kept watching us. My sister noticed and started making fun of me. She said there was no way he could watch her because of the huge rock on her finger. So anyway . . . we get up to the checkout, my sister picks the one with this guy, and he was flirting . . . with me! All I could do was giggle and smile. I talked to him but only to say we were just innocent girls having fun. He said "yeah right" and winked. LMAO We just left and when I looked back before going out the door, he was watching and he smiled. I smiled back and left.

***Yes Mark I know that I was suppose to get his number****

I've had a Hannah working for mr for 4 years now. It has evolved from Hannah to Hannah Banana to just Banana and sometimes Banana-face. In e-mail it is often HB!!!!!! lol
