Any suggestions as to where to go to look for good wholesome men to date without attracting petaphiles?
I know you can tell I am a survivor, and paranoid. What I want to do is go to an envionment where I have a better chance at finding a good wholesome relationship.
I was thinking along the lines of single parent dateing forums, but I dont know how to go about finding them in my community.
Any suggestions? Dont everyone speak at once!
(I can see noone has posted since 5-23, so I am wondering if I will get a responce!!!

Hello, Most cities have programs like Parents without partners. There are churches that also have support groups.I have been taking classes in my community for self healing. When I was first separated I worried that I would never find someone to shar my life with. Now, 3 years later, that is not my main concern. Healing and finding my spirituality has been the best thing to happen to me. I know now that no one else can make me happy or I them, but we can share happiness. Anyway I hope that helps.

where to find wholesome men?
Grocery stores, library, laundry matts,parks, childrens school, just about anyplace you find wholesome single moms. And if you don't want the "chester the molester" type, look for men who are also single dads raising their kids. I have the same problem trying to find single women that are not put off by me having two young children living with me. But i do urge you to be careful. Men that have not had children are often reluctant to be apart of the life of some one elses children
