Getting My Feet (Board) Wet

My name is Sugarplum and am new here. I am in the process of trying to adopt an infant as a single parent and even though I am really happy and excited(process is moving along nicely) I keep tearing up and feeling emotional.Yesterday I almost bought my first baby item but didn't do it. I keep telling myself its too soon and need to wait until I am "matched". Is there anyone else out there who is going thru the same thing or knows someone? I need support buddies... Hug Me
