What a great idea. I have been working in the garden all morning. Nothing taxing just enjoying it while the kids were all playing nice in the yard. It was a good morning.
Then the natives got hungry and I thought they might put me over the grill so I decided to come in and feed them. Smiler
I think I will sneak out again during there nap time. Wink ssshhhhh don't tell them they will wake up and follow.

Sitting in a meeting right this minute. Glancing at the beauty out the window, all the while hearing, "BLAHBLAHBLAH" until, at some point, my head will explode.

I want to be outside! These anti-Spring heathens.

Oh you poor thing. I don't blame you one bit. Pure torture that's what it is. I think we should change our work schedules like the schools. Work for nine months and get a summer vacation.

Oh my I sure hope not. I think we would miss him.
If we had some flowers on here I would send them to him just as a reminder of the outdoor world. :cupid: The frog is the closest we have to the outside world.

I would join in on the school hours too. Hey lets try to put it through congress. Wink

Oh the RAIN!! The lovely Minnesota RAIN!.. Been two days now, but at least the frogs aren't silient. My boy on the other hand.....couped up for 2 days is wound tighter then a watch.

My chives (the only plant in the yard I haven't KILLED yet), are almost ready to blossom.. They are so pretty. Do you know the purple flowers are edible and are quite good in soups?

Well hello commander,

The Canadian maritimes are getting a serious deluge. 10 inches of rain over two days now. Many families in shelters due to flooding.

Do you think what the eco-folks are saying about coming wacky weather is true? They're predicting a harsh hurricane season too.

Nice day today here...could be warmer.

Nope, didn't splode, but came close to splodin.

Long meeting, and two people even came in to join, on *my* account. Still, no splodin.

And last night, I got to spend the evening with some nice people who don't go "BLAHBLAHBLAH," and we got to enjoy the weather.

Good things come to those who wait, right?

Orion,
Glad to hear there was no splodin going on, and that you had a great night with nice people.

As for good things coming to those who wait, I hope you're right on that. Smiler

Another pretty nice day here, and we just had a evacuation drill. How great is that on a nice day?
Ah little things in life are pretty darn good.

Have a great weekend everyone!

I would say send some rain this way but I think we are finally going to get some. I hope so my flowers and veggies need some. I think we are the only place that is not getting rain.

Thanks for all your support on my not splodin...you guys are special.

I, for one, am looking forward to a warm day tomorrow and a nice rainfall tomorrow night.

Been promised a slow dance in the first warm rainfall...that's when my Spring will begin.

Well, you all know I don't write much, but I can give you a few words Smiler .

I love the rain, and this girl's not fussy about getting her hair wet. So, we've got a semi-spontaneous rain dance scheduled, whenever it should happen to hit.

As for last night, it didn't rain, but we went for a long walk, which was great. But, we did slow dance at home, and kept going long after the music stopped. Would've looked strange to anyone who happened to be peeping in.

But it worked for me. Smiler

Walking in the rain is the best! .. particularly in a thunder storm. I dance with my son all the time. It's great. He likes it, I like it and it's a great way to bond with our kids.

Strange?? MEH..
