I am New to SFV
Posted
Hi there I'm new and so far I am impressed....I didn't even know this existed until I was surfing and found this site...Great idea...I am a single mom of one 3 year old girl and have been seperated from my husband for 8 months(divorce final in July YAY) I wonder if other single parents find themselves resentful of the other parent for reasons such as they can go out whenever they want, have no worries about saving money and have all the free time in the world..(adult naptime whenever you want...sigh...what a nice dream) It may sound selfish but I would love to have a carefree weekend to lie around, sleep in and get errands done in record time, not to mention shop for clothes and accually get to try them on...lol

Welcome.
No that doesn't sound selfish at all, sounds pretty normal to me. I do know that the bond we form with our children because we are the ones putting forth all the effort is truly worth it though.
