I did curves before i got pregnant, i find that its a great place if all you need to do is tone, but in my case its to lose weight. I have a 40hr m-f job myself and what i'm trying this week is to bring my workout clothes with me, i get off at 4, i get to her by 5, i go walk the park (which is 2miles and takes me about 40mins) so i can hopefully get home for 6 which is time for her bottle. i'm hoping this works. I find walking is best for me trying to lose weight, I have a few work out videos but i find it hard to motivate myself to do that, and by the time i have time to do it, i'm just too tired. Well it is a really nice, east environment, there is usually someone standing in the middle of the group trying to encourage people to get their best work out. and it really only does last 30mins. There is no park around your area you could go? I love walking the park, i put the baby in the stoller, put my ear phones on, and get away from the world for 40mins!
