I am New to SFV

Hello, I am recently seperated after 15 years of marriage. It has been super rocky the last three years, but it still didn't really prepare me for the actual event. I had alienated most of my friends for him over the last three years. I would like to just gain a network of friends that understand what I am going through. I have 6 kids, I am not looking for a guy to take care of us, I really just want people to talk to. Not really even about the divorce. Just to Talk. I am looking forward to being a member here.

Thank you, from what I have read here, I didn't see that it was for dating, but there are some other forums that I had looked at and posted to and got posts from unsavory people. Thank you for the welcome. By the by, beautiful girls. Smiler

Welcome to the Site! I don't blame you for heading to "friendship"... sheesh there are so many dating sites out there and we often get a new member hopping in that is thinking it is for dating only. Anyway, this place is full of support, information and friendship. Enjoy!

Hi Paul, my girl turned 18 last December, and now I REALLY have to worry about her lol. She has a good head on her shoulders though, and I think I've finally got her going in the right direction. She used to ride the Suzuki with me, but she hasn't been much fun since she discovered boys lol. All we can do is cross our fingers, and be there when they need us!

lol, well one set of concerns are replaced with others I suppose, this is very small town so I don't have to worry about boys too much. My girls tell me there are none worth dating here.
