Hi all.

Can anyone let me know if Illinios is one of the states that typically don't allow overnight visits to the non-custodial parent until the child is three years old?

Now down to business....lol
And are there any advocates in Illinois that will be supportive and informative throughout visitation/custody/child support matters?

Also, can anyone tell me about any pro bono lawyers or legal aid for people dealing with custody/visitation/child support?

I've tried so many places and I can't find any organizations here that will help me through the process. Any post will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
