Any suggestions on christian single parent support groups in the NYC area? I have been searching the web, but have found that most are for families in crisis or non-christian (i.e., social activities are open bar and/or dancing). I'm just trying to make friends that can relate to my situation. Thanks, in advance!

I haven't come across any Christian support groups. I know what you mean about grown up social activites such as going to bars. I am currently looking for some other single moms with young kids to meet up with for social activites such as going to the park. Are you interested?
