Since my ex is not paying the full amount of support order. i have been really having money problems.

anyone know of a place in san diego the i can get my debt consolidated and maybe help with budgeting my money?

Search CCCS el cajon. CCCS is a credit counseling service that can handle consolidation and also advise you on options. They can also negotiate with the credit companies for you, create a budget, and schedule a payment plan. Many times their service is no charge.
