hi i am a 32 year old lady that is going through a bad custody battle with her ex.

he is telling me things and i am stupid enough to listen and beleive him.

my son has just turned 7 and i think he os finding this hard

DO NOT put yourself down into saying you are "stupid"!!!! I am sure you are NOT!!

You certainly are NOT stupid for getting out of a negative relationship!! Give yourself a pat on the back (and then another one!) for having done this. And making the choice for you and your son's well-being and happiness.

Turn it around and stop listening and believing in the lies he is telling you
