Feeling pretty depressed at the minute, Havent been out in over 12 months so arranged for adrink with some of my old mates in my home town (30 mile away) arranged babysitters etc only to be let down feel gutted as i could of really done with a night out away from the four walls Frowner sorry about whinning Frowner

Oh, don't apologize for whining!! This is the place for it! There's even a thread for it. It's better to let it out than to keep it bottled up.

Yes, that is a drag when you plan an evening out, organising a baby sitter, and then it all falls in the water.........(been there, done that).
But, you've just got to pick yourself up and carry on. Your child(ren) is depending on you.

Have you been to the doctor for your depression?If not, go there. Don't let this feeling go on. If you have to push yourself to do it, go. There is no shame in it. You don't mention anything about your situation, but maybe you need some counselling to deal with it. It helps to talk!
