I was the one who left but when I left my ex was already in a new relationship with another woman and he had been seeing her since my oldest was almost eight months. I did not find out until I was nine months pregnant with my second.

I also wanted to say if you have e-mails or a journal stating when you offered him to come see that might help you out in court.

My ex and I have joint legal custody of our children but they live with me. He sees them every other weekend usually at my house from 11 AM to 8PM.

He does not call or e-mail or ask about them at all.

I left my husband when I was 7 months pregnant. He lives about 5 hours from me now. He has seen my son 3 times and he is now 5 months old. He doesn't ever call to see how his son is but then harasses me about holding his son from him even though he hasn't made one attempt to come see him. I know in my situation he pops up maybe once a month. Christmas came and went and no word, card or present from him.I do receive some money from him but I decided to go and file for custody/CS myself. I know since my son is an infant he won't be able to see him outside my home until he is older but it all depends on the laws in your state. Good luck and definitely keep us updated.
