Now I understand what is ment when you say that what happens under my roof stays type of thing when it comes to the father (or mother) having the kids for the weekend or whatever. BUT In what world would you not let the other parent know?? I just think that it's common courtisy to let them know. If you where never married and there is no court order then there really isn't a rule saying that your kids father can take them at all. I would tell him if he wants to see them then he needs to pick out a schedule and stick with it (i'm sure that was written before) I hope it works out!

And Sky you know that is illegal to take kids across the state line without written permishin to do so??

That didn't stop "She" from doing it.
Even with a court order to return "She" hasn't, but as a female the rules maybe differate from state to state.

TD has given you sound advice.
