I am trying to get a single parent family meetup group going in my area. I am trying to come up with a list of family friendly activities for a variety of ages. So far I have:

Bowling (some lanes with the bumper things for little ones)

Laser tag (even the little ones could go through with mom or dad)

Potluck picnic at the local park (there is a lake for fishing, I have potatoe sacks for races, could get horseshoes, etc)

Maybe a zoo outing (what age doesn't love the zoo?)

Anyone have any other ideas to offer?

sometimes the guys like to protect the ladies from harm (its fun to let them know you can take care of yourself and cover them too

There were some meet-ups in my area which involved dog training and agility courses. Seemed like something I would go to.

Biking or hiking

well, that is about all I can think of at the moment.
