i am in need of advice...first let me give you the backstory...Ive had been with my ex for 3 years now and we recently split up....we have a 2 year old lil girl....granted, we haven't lived together since she was 3 months old so i've pretty much been doing this on my own all along....But, my problem is that we are at each others throats, neither one us of can be around the other without wanting to kill one another....And i'm not handling this very well...i have no energy to do anything, i just want to cry constantly and my daughter is picking up that somethings wrong with mommy...and she's even wanting to spend more and more time with her dad...makes me feel like she doesn't like me anymore...What do i need to do to get passed all this...????

Blaque,
Well for one, try journaling, get your feelings and emotions out on paper, journaling can help you out sort them out.

Two, find supportive people that relate to you in similar situations, this forum is also supportive and provide lots of advice.

Three, seek temporary individual therapy with a counselor you like that specializes in issues such as yours. Hopes this helps.
...And Welcome
